Who this covers
This policy covers hirepitl.com and its client, consultant, and partner portals ("the site"), operated by Nina Thomas as part of People in the Loop. If you submit the intake form, sign in to a portal, or otherwise share information with us through the site, this policy explains what we do with it.
What we collect
- Training intake forms: business name, your name and role, email, website, and your answers about your current tools and workflows, when you fill one in ahead of a session that's already booked.
- Account and portal use: your email address, and for consultants and partners, name, phone, and the information needed to manage certification, referrals, or engagements.
- Referrals: when a partner submits a referral, we collect the referred contact's name, email, and business details as provided.
- Communications: anything you send us directly, by email or through the site.
We run the Pinterest tag on this site for conversion tracking and retargeting. See the Cookie Policy for the full detail on what cookies we use and how to control them.
How we use it
- To respond to your submission and prepare for a session you've already booked.
- To generate the AI Opportunity Roadmap, using the answers you provide in the intake form.
- To operate your account in the client, consultant, or partner portal, including your workspace, training records, referrals, and tax documents where applicable.
- To send you transactional email related to your submission or account, such as a thank-you or a status update. We don't send marketing email from data collected this way without separate consent.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver the work. We don't sell your information.
- Supabase: our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored there with access controls limiting it to what each account is meant to see.
- Netlify: site hosting.
- Brevo: sends transactional email (like intake confirmations) on our behalf.
- Anthropic: processes intake answers to generate the AI Opportunity Roadmap content.
- Found Bank: consultant payment processing, where applicable.
- Pinterest: receives site-visit and conversion signals through the Pinterest tag described in our Cookie Policy, so we can measure Pinterest traffic and build retargeting audiences.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok: each may receive site-visit and conversion signals through that platform's own retargeting pixel, described in our Cookie Policy, so we can measure traffic from that platform and build retargeting audiences there. Each one only runs once we've actually configured it for that platform.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of People in the Loop, our clients, or others.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as it's needed for the purposes above, or as long as your account is active. Access to client, consultant, and partner data is restricted by row-level security so each account can only reach its own records; founder-level access is limited to Nina Thomas. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, standard precautions to protect what you share with us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're required to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons. To make a request, email connect@ninathomas.ai.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and its date above.
