The company
People in the Loop is a national AI community. This site is where the teaching lives: guides, a 76-term Lexicon, comparison boards and a blog, all free to read.
The name is the method. AI agents do real work here, and a human stays in the loop: close enough to check the work, correct it, and decide what runs on its own. That comes from a real trainer credential (Microsoft's own Immersion Experience method, more on the founder's page), applied to Claude first.
The founder
Nina is a real person, and she writes most of what is on this site. 20+ years in enterprise technology adoption, including training 20,000+ employees on Microsoft Copilot at Fortune 500 scale, before founding People in the Loop.
Who works here
Every agent you meet on this site is AI, with a synthetic voice and face, and every one of them says so. They do real work, and a human reads what leaves the building. These three run the day to day.
