FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers, no sales language. If your question isn't here, ask Ava on the Contact page.

Do we need to already have Claude or Copilot?

Either helps, but you don't need both on day one. The Assessment tells you where to start.

Is this a long-term commitment?

No. Start with an Assessment. Nothing beyond that is required.

Do you work with teams outside Atlanta?

Yes. PITL is a national community. Enablement work happens wherever your team is.

What does "human in the loop" actually mean?

It means a person stays close enough to an AI agent's work to know when it's right, when it's wrong, and when to step back in. It's not a slogan here, it's the actual method behind every Assessment, Implementation, and Retainer.

Do I need to be a Microsoft Partner to get Copilot training?

No. Individual Microsoft certifications and hands-on training expertise don't require formal Microsoft Partner organization status. PITL Enablement is an independent practice, not a Microsoft partner org, and doesn't claim to be one.

How is this different from a generic AI consulting firm?

PITL Enablement stays scoped to one thing: getting your team to actually use Claude and Copilot, well. It's not broad digital transformation consulting or a generalist change management firm. If you need broader organizational change work, that's a different kind of partner, and we can point you to one.

Claude Team or Claude Enterprise, which do we need?

For most teams under 20-30 people, Team is enough. Enterprise is about governance needs (SSO, audit logs, data residency), not headcount. Full breakdown here →.
